Jan 5, 2009 - ther are only points on tupacs death:1. when he was shot the second time in surge nights car, the FBI knew that somebody out ther wanted tupac murdered, so therfore the FBI has the power to protect u for life. so therefore they can fake your death & give u new identity & new place to live.2. FBI or american govenment could be behind his murder because his family were memembers of black panther moverment so tupac used his rap songs to reach black people so this was bad for the government
